Maintenance Policy

Software maintenance includes updates and technical support service for the optimum
  application of a product.

The price for software maintenance is determined by program developers inclusive
  of updates and upgrade expenses.

The purchase amount you pay for a product covers the maintenance expense for one
  year after shipping. It is renewable one year at a time.
  (However, it can be extended for more than a year at a time)

For those who have not used the maintenance service, one year maintenance expenses
  plus non-maintenance additional fee will be applied. (Developer's Policy)

After Maintenance Service

1.Authorized to use upgrade software version during maintenance period including new
   products. including new products.
2. Systematic tech. support is provided for enhanced software application.
3. In case of emergency, professional tech. engineering service is available to handle
   any issue.
4. Thus, product value is well preserved while it contributes to high productivity.
